Housing Assistance Program
Victory Outreach South Sacramento’s OVC Housing Assistance Program provides supportive housing assistance and wraparound services for individuals who have experienced human trafficking. The program is designed to help participants stabilize their housing situation while receiving support services focused on safety, recovery, wellness, and long-term self-sufficiency. Housing assistance may be available for approximately 3 to 6 months based on the individual needs, eligibility, and circumstances of each applicant.
At this time, we are accepting applications for our waiting list, with anticipated program placement opportunities beginning as early as July 2026. Please note that this funding is specifically designated for individuals who meet the program’s human trafficking target population requirements. Submission of an application does not guarantee immediate placement or assistance, as services are subject to eligibility verification, funding availability, and program capacity
