Since our humble beginning in 1967, Victory Outreach grew from one church to a worldwide network of hundreds of churches and ministries, with locations across America and in 30 countries from South Africa to the Netherlands, we have grown into one of the largest inner-city ministries in the world, meeting the needs of people from all walks of life.

We provide assistance to individuals whose lives have been disrupted by substance abuse, human trafficking, and gang violence. We are a faith-based program that relies on biblical guidance, prayer, bible studies, substance abuse counseling, behavioral therapy, and an atmosphere of God’s love to affect change in a person's life. Our program requires a minimum of a one-year commitment
Where we are headed...
The youth are our future so we stand up our next generation which we call the Third Wave. Their direction is to take our vision and mission to the next level, helping the younger generation. We decided early on that each of us, men and women, would “stand in the gap” for God in this land on behalf of troubled youth, so they would not be destroyed.
